Refund Policy
Important FYI:
In case of return of products in working condition, we are only able to make a partial refund after deducting a base fare which is:
Partial Refund = Purchase Price - 160 INR *
We do so to cover the backward and forward shipping for the Item which was delivered in working condition.
*This does not apply to damaged products which we are happy to replace free of charge.
Our Policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Due to delivery constraints, we are not able to extend the return window after 5 days. So please, make sure that you send us a return request as soon as you receive a product you want to return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please fill in the return request form at our Return Your Purchase page.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send our delivery partner to pick up your return package. Kindly hand over the product you wish to return to the courier boy sent to you. Once we check that the product has been received in good condition, we will refund the full amount of the product via your original payment method or will transfer that money into the account details provided by you at the time of making the return request if you had ordered Cash On Delivery. This process can take up to 2 weeks, for which we really appreciate your patience.

Cancellation Policy
In case you would like to cancel your order please write to us at tathaastumart@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8218663385. In case your order has already been shipped please ask the delivery boy to return the parcel. Once your order is successfully canceled you will be refunded to your original mode of payment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Invalid reasons for return

This is the most common example that we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else
The buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
